Skill Descrition:
Requisite Cultivation Aware of Vacuity
Enter a stealth state by becoming one with nature. Increases
Stealth level by 31 points. Costs 50 Mana per second.
Movement speed reduced to 0.1 meters per second.
Blazing Arrow or Spark Burst will cancel the effect.

My question is: Does genie's skills break stealth? if not, is it possible to use holy path or even alacrity to move while in stealth ? cuz we aren't imoblized while the skill is in effect, we're just moving at 0.1m/s.

    no one has it yet but s far it seems like only Spark will throw u out stealth

    For a sin, you can holy path in stealth, but as blood said, no one has it, so I'm not sure if the buff is the same as a sin's.

    If the buff's the same, then you should be able to move with holy path. That would be OP.
