Need help whit DirectX 9.0c

Hello. I have a problem whit installing directx. My parents made admin account and now I can install programs only whit torrents. Why don't I ask? - because they say I play too much and they won't allow me :(. I know I shouldn't do it but I don't want to read books forever. Please, help me to find the right torrent. I'll be very thankful for the help. b:surrender
