Worth Returning?

Hello everybody!b:pleased So, before the RT expansion I loved perfect world, I probably spent more time online then in real life.b:surrender But after the expansion I kind of had a falling out and played less and less and eventually uninstalled. Over the past year I have been trying to get back into it, but due to time and other factors (5.0 YAYYYY QQ) i really never stayed for awhile. But with the new expansion and recently aquired free time I really want to get back into it. PWI back when I first started (about when the east coast servers went live) was insanely fun and some of the friends i made were some of the greatest people I've ever met, period. So what I'm asking is, is the game worth it still? Is the communtiy as fun and involving as it used to be or close to it? I heard in the expansion they're trying to "balance" classes, don't know how true this is, but any step in the right direction is good. I'm updating it right now (which is taking foreverb:angry) so any comments and opinions would be greatly appreciated. b:pleased

(P.S. In regards to class I'm debating between wizard and seeker. I really enjoyed wizard when I played, but from what I've read seems outdated, and seeker seems relatively close as a class, so opinions. Also server suggestions would be helpful thanks)

    Well..I'll try to resume it quick as there's so many threads about it...

    New map accesible for lvl 95+ (From Elysium village or a Morai guide)
    New skills (1st learnable at lvl 80, rest at 95+)
    New PvE based gear

    For those not 95+

    New treasure hunter quests (one is near north jewelcraftsman in arch)
    New Lucisilver Npc's that make u wait for a chest at 8 and 9 pm Eastern.
    Aps slightly nerfed (if u go too fast u lose damage and accuracy)

    Rest, u should just test and see :)
    Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

    Even if you didnt like the RT expansion you should still go psy :p They are so fun to play. But yeah, seeker would be a good class for you it seems you like barb. With seeker you are a fairly decent tank, DD. Plus with vortex and BP in PvE you are ubah!

    Just checked out some of the skills, and wizard and seeker got a lot of interesting ones, but I say wiz got the better end of the deal. The skills which return the enemy to set amount of health or location seem great for pvp along with the aoe freeze. Also the seeker's pets and aoe drain are pretty cool too. But besides classes, how's the game, the communtiy? A lot of QQ? Plenty of good people can be found? Mix of both? What's your experience like tell me? b:pleased


    (I have a 66 wiz to fall back on, but completely open to creating a new character. also played psy for a little bit and was ehh. might check it out though)

    Wizards really did get good new skills. It will take at least 6 ish weeks each to get the good new ones. The 80 one you can get as soon as you can get into morai. Or buy it (its tradable).

    The community i would say always varies. There are still the elite people that keep to themselves, and only party other elite. There are always many helpful people to party with. As long as you ask nicely for things :) I had a couple BMs though ask for buff then pk me! PFFT lmfao.

    There will always be QQ when new things come out. And ever since frost there are tons of powerlevelers, so expect grinding to almost be a thing of the past. I hate frost so much. -_-

    All in all its a much cheaper and more fun game to play than the other MMO i play which costs an arm and a leg and doesn't offer nearly as much as this one. I say go for it. And play your wizzy. It'll be a blast

    if you dont mind the biljion sin army or the sinworld as this game should be called.

    nv is still wanting aps freaks and its so far how you make coin

    then sure play it and if ur a barb dont get pissed every sin will pm for ur buff
