WTF is with WB respavn

I kill World Boss in Wednesday but next day at same time boss not show.
So i have a question now World Bosses respavns time is 1 per week?

    No one knows what's up with the WB's right now, it's possible they're on a 24-48 randomized timer now to keep the same groups from farming them over and over. That's just a theory though and in no way fact at this time.
