Issue with DQ page

I'm seeing a lot of posts with people saying they are having issues but anything the mods have suggested in those posts I've tried..

IE:
Changing browsers ((I'm using firefox))
Clearing Catche
Restarting Browser

I've even restarted my computer.. but nothing is getting it to work I'm also having the same issue with the blessing page, all it tells me is 'page unavailable' for both, is this happening to other people and how did you get it solved? because everything I've looked at in the other forums doesn't do it for me, It's also been down for about 4 days..
