manual download patch

so i tried to auto download and after 4+ hrs i was less then halfway, so i then went to manually download the 2 avail patches and that took less then 10 mins. So why is it i still have to install for 5 hrs if they were downloadede manually,b:angry

    i think is faster to install Full client lol.. and looks like you have a good internet connection

    my patcher is "sorting patch files.." 30% atm, after 25 min ....
    "updating..." took 2 hours .. i downloaded manual patch too.

    it told me i needed to updated my directx 9.0c i did it i no longer getting that message but everytime i try to run the game to lad it clicking start nothing happens help please

    have tried both ... that includes full client .. and guess what .. its STILL patching ... over 10 hours of this bull **** and its not even close to done wtf is going on

    try running it from elementclient.exe in element folder..

    i have done everything that has been suggested. first i did the auto update, and cudn't log in. so i did the manual patch and still getting that countdown thing at the log in followed by "unable to connect to server". i'm so frustrated. nothing wrong with my internet, everything is up to date and still can't get into the game

    Since the ime i posted this thread its still installing lol...looks to b about 93% done at this time, just hope i dont encounter any log in issues....hope ya'll havein better luck then me

    ok guys, if you got the message on the following.

    DirectX 9.0c/d3dx9_42d,l. you need to install the following directx download to compensate for this. plus frankie already gave an annoucement for both the manual patch and the directx download.

    I did the directx download and was able to log on after it was completed.
