GetStrValueIniFile error

I started to run the patcher, and once the patcher was finished updating itself i got an error saying : The procedure entry point GetStrValueIniFile could not be located in the dynamic link library PackDLL.dll.
I tried substituting an older copy of the packdll.dll file that i had, nothing changed.
Anyone have an ideas?

I'm getting that problem too. No idea what to do. Please don't tell me I have to uninstall the whole thing and reinstall like when the Genesis expansion came out >.< b:angry
