Issue with the expansion

I dunno if im the only one but i joined a order did the quest and im unable to get the books skills, + my FL is deleted on my alt -.-...

So far i really hate the expansion just lost time on quests for nothing i cant get nothing + loose FL is kinda annoying...

    Non-event hypers work fine, but bound ones don't go in acct stash anymore
