When I click the patcher launch it says that i dont have the required permissions. Then after a few times there is no patcher anymore. Maybe a problem with descent?

    End the process (ctrl+alt+delete>task manager>processes>patcher.exe)then try right clicking it and running as an admin and report back.

    I didn't had any issues while updating the game.

    If what gudda said didn't work, try restarting your computer, download the patch and double click on it (or right click and select 'run as administrator').
