Directx9

The new PWi requires Directx9, use Windows 7, installed directx 9, but in both cpus, can not login

Any solution ?, please, would be grateful

Been Playing PWi for years, first time i can not long in because of this directx9 requirement

    Having exactly same problem..using windows 7, actual direct x version is 11.0 doesn't let me enter the game -.-'' first time after 3 and half years that i have issues

    you could still be missing some DirectX files because of other games installing their own versions of DirectX.

    I had this issue on my laptop. Downloaded and installed DirectX with the link in the patch notes and it all works fine now.

    Many people tried to re-download the Directx 9c and this is not fixing the issue.

    I had two computers I had to re-download and install the entire game back onto.

    It so happens these same computers had been installed in the past from backup disks.
