Problem loggin

So well I autoupdate'd on my pc and notebooks. On my notebooks the game is working fine and had no problems logging, but got big problem on my PC. After updating the patch and clicking on START button I receive the following message

any idea whats wrong?

I also clicked on verify and spent over an hour letting my pc check all files... Problem still remain... Any smart pants knows what to do?
