Lunar quest "Deicide" glitched

has anyone else come across this glitch (if youve even gone that far down the lunar quest chain)?

The quest has you kill each of the 3rd valley bosses in lunar. Ive killed them all several times but i never get credit for killing drake fling (and yes we did it legitimately without glitching it / luring it to water). Here's a screen shot of the quest failing to show my kill credit - you can see the damage/drop log shows his final hit on me, and then where we picked up the drops. I'd like this to be addressed so i can finally finish this quest.

    If you notice the NPC never shows up after you kill the boss either. This has been this way since November of 2011. I have sent screen shots and complaints about it. The only response I got was to keep checking the patch notes for updates.......
