    I say about time, makes more sense, 5aps, a tiny bit less dmg.

    Actually APS was not nerfed as 5.0 is still the max that can be reached. The percentage based damage reduction isn't going to make the difference you think it is.

    And as people are pointing out........this puts rank9 Sins ever farther above the grade. They have not been affected in any way. So, yes, please continue cheering the insignificant change.

    I'm a sin and I agree with the 'nerf' only because it wasn't nerfed to 2.0 LOL like the rumors were saying b:chuckle

    Well, it's going to reduce the total dps by slightly over 5%. Which is....

    Yeah, it's pretty meaningless. Still; it's a move in the right direction.

    didnt wanna repost this....but it seems i have to -_-
    for all y'all who dont know what a 5% consistent loss is


    for example hiting a boss for some 10k or close dmg but lets say 10k.....

    5/100 *10000 = 500

    in other words u lose 500 dmg every hit

    5*500 = 2500 dmg....thats the amount of dps u are losing

    granted its not a signifcant amount as compared to the normal 50k dmg portrayed by this example
    but.....50000-2500=47500 over a 2~3 min period is a serously insane drop in dps

    represented by 2500*60(2~3) = 300000~450000....thats the effect of a 5% dmg reduction -_-

    300000~450000 is like 10-15% of a nirvy boss' HP....

    u know how crazy that 5% dmg reduction really is? omfg man

    EDIT: not to mention there are like 6 of those bosses with increasing HP and other annoying instances.
    think of it this way; ppl get frustrated from the increased time to farm and start cashing like hell = more money into those bottomless pockets of pw..... get it?

    this "balance" incase u havent realized also put R9 on an even higher lvl

    if R9 was = to 5 aps its now > 5 aps

    if it was > 5 aps its now >> 5 aps ....pardon my crude way of putting it b:scorn

    but now ppl have more motive to spend x dollars and get R9 > 5 aps

    so i see the "balance" only really benefiting the bigger heads of pw

    If it wasn't in the patch notes I don't think anyone would have noticed this change.
    5% less dps isnt noticeable when you spend more time running to a boss than killing it. Who cares?

    Well.. the aps were not nerfed.. you can still reach 5 aps .. they only got a damage reduction and accuracy reduction.

    check my earlier post about the math.....not saying its perfect...but its a pretty good example of how the nerf works when it comes to dps

    i was installing Jade Dynasty when i happen to come across the ToS again (which if u dont know is the same for pwi)...this is a quote: from the original ToS "18. Disciplinary Action/Account Termination
