It's a bug, everything including NPCs are invisible. You can only see the glowing things...like the glow of gears.0 -

Everyone, including npcs and myself are invisible.
Right now I'm verifying files...Lvl 101 Psy - Aquaryah - Sanctuary (Main)
Lvl 101 Cleric - Nevarya - Sanctuary (Buff&BB Slave)
Lvl 86 Sin - Luna - Raging Tides (Retired)0 -

For those that are not seeing the npcs, chars, and so forth did you manual patch or auto update? Been sketchy with downloading all the files under auto update since they started using pando. Might have to verify the files multiple times to get them all in place.0

I can see both npcs and players just fine. Probably it is a issue in your pc or client, I dunno b:surrender[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC] <--- One of the devs trying to fix the game. b:pleased
