How do i open these please? Need to finish lev 100 culti

    You need to finish the Chrono quest, or "culti".
    Guide on how to open the rest after you've opened the first one(OHT).

    I have a lvl 81 Cleric....i have only been using her for FB / Bh. I was unsure how to get the lvl 79 Skillz and was told that i have to get a quest (wraiths Ploy) from Gen Summer...it is not available .... i also looked for the next quest in the chain but it also not available to me....if I did trash it is there a way to get it back so i am on track?????????
