email change-ticket issue

ok so the password to my account was either changed or **** or something. the one i had for it stopped working. the email i registered the account with almost 3 years ago is inactive. So i tried to go through email and make a ticket and change the email attached to it so i could retrieve my account. they say "log in" to support to use tickets. well if i could log in i wouldnt have a problem no? so i cant log in to support. and after 48 hours without logging in they assume the problem is solved. well its not solved. and the email to customerserviceetc. fails. ive tried like 6 times. i just want to speak to a GM and see if i can prove ownership of my account and change the email linked to it and then change password and regain my account. but anyone who can help me at perfectworld is very elusive and hard to reach and i am becoming frustrated with the whole thing. someone please help.

    Im having the same problem i have sent a ticket from this account and its not really helping. I also wanna talk to a gm about my email which I made a while ago because my password all of a sudden stopped working.b:sad

    Glad to see I'm not the only one with this same problem.... GM please contact me as I can not access the any ticket/customer serves!

    Hi. I have another account that got compromised.
    1. I have sent a ticket via this account;
    2. The compromised account before I logged off (because the password/email account attached to it has been changed and I can't change it back so I lose all access the moment I logged off);
    3. cross referenced the 2 tickets and sent an email to customer service using my original email address
    ...I know that it takes time, but meanwhile is there any way to put a stop to items that I had on the char being auctioned off on AH? b:surrender

    I have a lunar mantle of radiance that I don't see on any other char on the server and it took me 6 months to collect all the mats for it. b:sad
    I understand if it cannot be stopped but I can't help but ask.b:shutup

    Send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com if you can't log in to support or submit a ticket. Provide as much detail on the issue as possible.

    I have submitted a ticket through my secondary account and to customerservice@perfectworld.com. There has been no response yet. I am sorry for posting again but it has almost been 3 days, and I have been unsettled - more so by remarks that if you have an account problem PWE disappears. I still have faith in the system though.

    I filed tickets before and they were answered in a timely manner... and generally never took this long from what I recall. I just wish that even if there were no resolution yet someone could tell me if the ticket has at least been read... only thing I can think of is everyone's busy with the big new changes about to be released, but... I hope PW could take time to assist me. I have been playing since 2010, almost straight with no long periods of inactivity. I can also say that I have made playing PWI pleasant for a lot of people.

    And I can't think of anything to do (aside from waiting) except post in the forums. I just don't want to be one of those with account problem tickets stuck for a long time :/

    And at least... I wish I would be able to save my gold genie before it is converted to tradable...

    I mean there would be no reason for someone to suddenly change the email associated with the account if the said email account is working... :(
    I sorely wish PW made changing the email connected to the account harder, since once the email is compromised... it's "game over".

    I just want to mention that.. it is not true that PW support disappears when you have account problems. They have replied to a ticket I sent.. though it is still in process up to now. The email has been changed but the security ban is still in place. Feel bad I'm missing out on 2x to get whatever I lost back.. which is a lot.. :(

    The ticket was closed though even if it was not resolved. They changed the email attached to the account.. but that won't solve it if I still can't access it.

    Also the reply was faster putting in a ticket with a secondary account.. maybe becasue it gets routed to the right place?

    I have reopened the ticket and waiting, I hope, for a favorable response.

    Well issue has been resolved but with all things I lost... lost. Even if the hacker still has them.
