Hello,

As you may or may not be aware, the deadline for the PW comic contest is now 3 days from now. You may or may not also be aware of the following: the amount of admissions being made to the fan art section for this contest is next to none; barely 6 over the past 2-3 days, in fact. This means one of two things: that there is no interest in the contest, or the submission system is broken.

After reading the various comments on the blog itself, I am very much convinced that the problem is the latter. I've filed a ticket, I've been to Technical Support, as well as a few others, though exactly how many I cannot be sure. However, this also takes time, and seeing as the support staff does not work on weekends, it is likely that the contest will end before many people get a chance to submit their comic. So, instead of complaining, I'm going to attempt to take this matter into my own hands, in the hopes that, out of the kindness of their hearts, the GMs will take into consideration these entries that did not manage to make it through the upload process.

If you have made a comic that meets the requirements of the contest (less than 5MB in size, in .jpg format) and cannot manage to upload the comic to the site, please upload it instead to an off site image hosting site such as ImageShack or DeviantArt, and post the link to your comic here. For the sake of consistancy, please also post the size of the original file on your computer, and have the original file on hand for the sake of proof.

Good luck, and if I'm violating any rules (which I'm certain I'm not, at least I think I'm certain), please do not be too strict, for I'm only trying to help.

Thanks for the compliments. I'm hoping, though, that this thread serves the purpose of giving people a place to put their comics for contest entry, so if you know someone having problems, please bring them here!

I spend alot of time on this and i think it turned out beautifully. Thx again to Zenzell for opening this thread for us. And i'd also like to thank axelreign, the person that played the Venomancer Silvia in the comic for allowing me to use his character in this comic. The Earthgaurd seeker Raven is my own.

There hasn't been a single (successfull) fanart submission for the past 2 days now...kind of worried. If alot of people don't post their stuff here then alot of people are going to miss out on the competition. Hurry, the deadline is two days from now! b:shocked

I was not there for that video contets. Tell me, can we get some sort of explanation as to what is being done with the comic entries that people are not being able to get through? And will these two entries count for the contest, or are we just **** out of luck?

I've been pestering people for a little while now, and I'd like some sort of official answer if you wouldn't mind. When a large portion of people who want to enter are barred from doing so, it should only be fair to at least have an explanation as to what's up, or even a way to get around the technical problems =/

It was moved because it belongs in the Fanatics forum - for the very same reason a topic for video contest submission sharing was moved back in the day to its appropriate forum.

I'll poke Frankie when I catch a glimpse of him about the issue you've mentioned. Thanks for letting me know. b:thanks
