where is desesperate horn :S

well I hope someone can answer this question... where is Desesperate horn? i dont k now where i can find




pls if any1 can tell me I would appreciate

    You get a desperate horn from getting 2k or more contribution in tiger event.
    The BH that you can get from BH npc for Tiger event requires a desperate horn to complete, so you have to do the event to get the reward.

    Can get rewards such as these. There are two more events that have the event BH as well (CoA and Jungle Ruins).
