Wedding Glitch/Support Ticket site not working

So I just got married in game YAY! b:cute except after paying a load of coin to get the 100k contribution the quest glitched and i didnt get my permanent fashion b:sad

my friends told me not to worry that it happens a lot and to send in a ticket and the support ticket page isnt working on my comp or my friends comp and we both tried 2 different browsers.

so here i am posting here hoping for some help b:surrender

PS - the day after the wedding and the wedding quest 'Heart with Heart' is still in my Quest log as unfinished asking for a bride ring even tho me and my hubby exchanged rings and he has his fash.

Still unable to send a ticket the site will not load on Firefox or IE

    I tried getting onto the ticketing system too, wasen't working. b:surrender

    I hope the GMs fix it soon and get that page up and running, aswell as give you the awesome possum wedding fash! b:victory

    They really need to fix those wedding glitches. b:scorn

    when i try to submit a ticket with IE i get this:

    I know it isn't a problem with my computer since my friend can log the support system with her account on this same computer... it is an account issue, but my question is how do you submit a ticket about not being able to submit a ticket?

    I get the same redirect error as you. When they started using the new version of core connect is when I could no longer submit a ticket. IF you email customer service state in the email several times that you can not access ticket support and they must email a solution back to you or they will not email solutions back to you and close the ticket when you do not respond on ticket support. It happened to me twice.
