OK, I know this'll get moved to the Suggestion Box (which means it'll never see the light of day again). But PLEASE expand the Pet Bag slots beyond 10 PLEASE!!!!! With Mounts, rares, legendary, reward and normal pets 10 slots just is NOT enough for me to have all the cool pets I want to have. b:sadb:sad

    Well, if they can make more money off more pet cage sales I see this having a helluva lot better chance of happening than say... bug fixes?

    Adding in more pet slots would involving touching code that has been put in place for 7 years.

    You would need to change pet window so it would have a scroll bar, need to change it so it would have more slots, then of course you need to add code that would actually detect the new slots...

    It's really a task the devs wouldn't be up for.

    Besides, pet cages aren't that profitable in respect to other things in the cs.
    Not like there is a major demand for more spaces.

    I mean really, what can you possibly benefit from having so many mounts and pets?
    Even as a veno you shouldn't need so many...

    It's not as major as something as fashion where there is so many different pieces and combinations...

    While I completely agree that having more pet slots is not necessary, isn't that just a bit mean?

    I mean, I could understand saying she sucks at the game if she felt she needed more than 10 pets, and to have them all out at once, but just wanting to be able to have more in the bag isn't the worst thing I've read on these forums. b:shutup

    Fashion is more profitable for the company yes.

    Bein a guy tho, I couldn't care much less about fashion.

    However, collecting stuff (like the various pets) I do enjoy.

    And I wonder if I really am the only Veno player who would pay to have an extra 10 or 20 more slots in the pet bag?

    As for code modifications, I think this would be relatively simple to alter. They can cut and paste half the functionality for the code mods from the Inventory code. Modifying the Super Pet Cage functionality would probably be the most complex part of the change and if their programmers and analysts aren't up to that task then they should probably hire new ones.

    As for it being 'old' code... so what? As a programmer/analyst myself, dealing with old code is something you do on a regular basis. New development projects are always more fun but maintenance is your daily bread.

    Actually, once I got my Herc and my Nix I sort of wished I hadn't even bothered unlocking all the slots. b:surrender

    I don't like swapping eggs and re-feeding a pet if I want to change from a reward pet to a rare.

    YOU don't need or want 10 slots. Of course, when you get older you'll discover that what YOU do or don't want doesn't always coincide with what other people do and don't want.

    why should PWI waste time, money and energy to provide more pet slots when the demand seems to be extremely low? why shouldn't they spend their time, money and energy on making more expansions? or more fashion? or more games?

    PWI is a company. companies exist to make money. this idea would not make anywhere near as much money as any of the several things i have already listed.

    the route this game is on is to force everyone into a mold. look at r8 and r9. there is no uniqueness to the game. they're squeezing it all out. why should they cater to your wants when they're trying to make as much money as possible by forcing everyone to cash shop?
    you aren't their target demographic. get over it.

    2. It cannot be completely wrong because it can't be quantified as an all or nothing sum.

    It doens't seem likely' but they extended the fashion bag - and it would be nice for a veno to have more room.

    And mounts are pretty much fashion, too.

    So yeah - I 'd like this; but it's not an urgent need, and it's probably never going to happen.

    You seem like you're heavy CS. So it shouldn't be problem for you to spend 20k to revert pet back to the egg and put the new pet in that slot. And do so every once in a while and be happy with full bank and inventory of pets.
