Email isn't receiving verification email

Hi, I'd like to change my email and then password but I can do the password part after the email change IF I could just get the verification email. But for some reason I'm not getting it, I've tried adding email@email.perfectworld.com to contacts, I've looked for filters and alternate emails but nothing should be preventing this glorious email from arriving. So, help? Someone? I have all the info and I have raised Ziskery from level 1 to where he is, Zilco too lol. I had quit last year and come back to find my account has been played, I'd just like my account safe and mine only once again. Thanks.

    I've submitted a ticket now hopefully that will get some help
    They responded and accepted my change THANK YOU GMS!!!!!!!!!
