Select server on ZEN charge

I created character on new DE EU server, and i want to charge ZEN into it. I'm waiting for hours and still can't click on it cus it finds only harshland server... nothing about my new character..

    You need to have a character of at least level 10 to be able to transfer zen to that server. If it's already over level 10 (or just hit it recently) then you just need to wait a while for it to update.

    But how long ... It always take a minute or two, not hole day ...

    I just cannot transfer zen onto my character..

    same problem... cannot transfer zen to EU DE character..

    Try to buy/transfer the zen via the EU website, maybe that'll work.

    didnt work, same problem all time.. for 24 hours or longer
