Comparison between new gears n r8/r9

hello pwi, its been 3months+ since i stopped playing. Reasons being i couldn't compete with the r9/nirvy +12. West arch was always full of sin, etc.

With the new expansion comes new gears and my question is; What is the comparison between these new gears against existing r8, nirvana, r9 and the recast?
What is the difficulty/cost of getting the new gears?

    As far as I can tell, the weapons at least are at best around Rank 8. And that is only in PvE, in PvP it's not even on TT80 level due to the PvE-only version of Attack Levels.

    The new armors also don't look too amazing, they do come with some PvE-only defense levels though.

    There's still a lot that isn't known about the pieces, such as the set bonuses for the armors or how exactly to get them.

    Well that is disappointing. What abt the new instance, is/are there any farming that a wiz can "benefit" from? Bcos i cant lvl a sin/bm just for farming again.
