    Map reset .. hmmm while a go idea after a certain period I think their plan of every 6months is to short, a year would be more sensible.

    The problem with resetting every 6 months is people will spend a few months getting NPC/easy land before getting to the real fights.

    For that reason I'm not exactly please with the 6 month period. I would prefer it being every year, like every anniversary or something.

    I like the 1 year thing as well, which is what I posted in the TW Reset thread in general discussion.

    1 year allows the factions to stabilize, and every faction to get a chance to TW vs some real opponents.

    An expansion so soon...whoa.

    Chances are, it will be.....dumb, only because anything new will have a "ridiculous" cost.

    As for TW, every 6 months, well thats just funny.

    My lvl 100 r8 powerlvl'd cleric is looking for a TW faction now, and me.....maybe. b:shutup

    i like the reset fact, it usually makes the world much more disorganized and i see more people getting involved in tw. the 6 month thing, eeeeehhh, maybe, a year sounds more proper but making it 6, might shake it up a bit and get more involved, but i cant guess. but i guess were gonna find out. updating the old classes is gonna make the 1st few tws real interesting i can tell that much. im waiting to see what the " new path to 105" will be. will there be quests to level yourself up? cause the playing to level thing kinda stops pretty early. im guessing this expansion contains all the fixes they been telling us were on the way for 3.5 years.

    interesting but like others have said 6 months maybe to soon, as for the reset itself seems good. more alt tw's for people to play in and more chance for drakon to get loads more free land.
    would have thought with the reset announced though enrage would have bid GD for the fun TW's rather than radi for the easy land

    The reward for the champion of each server is kind of funny. Mounts are kind of useless since everyone got them already and foxes are so damn dull. They should have given dyeable unicorns or something if it had to be a mount.

    With a map reset, all the smaller factions can claim a land, and have fun defending it from others their size.

    Not so much of that traffic right now...

    I dont think that TW resets are a bad thing, I dont even think this one is a bad thing, enrage is getting good fights, and rad is getting good fights. GD just decided to wake back up, but too late for them to arrange for consistent good fights on a regular basis.

    6 months is too short of a time span for the serious contenders to really develop a battle field. enrage and GD could both control 1/2 the map without ever fighting. i know i know, you we could just bid on eachother week after week, but thats a 1v1 weekly and doesnt give everyone in the faction a chance to pariticpate, just the top 80 which isnt good for either side.

    the reason small factions dont still have land is because they dont deserve it. they cant win any land. they could change the schedule and allow 4 or 5 concurring defenses, that would allow more contenders to be able to take land from larger factions. but the reality is that this is a r9 sales technique, make everyone think they can be a tw faction, and then when they get stomped by real TW factions the get mad and charge zen to get "better", yearly resets would encourage competition, bi-yearly resets just encourage more spending.

    but considering that dominus is down to one land, i can see why you would think this is a good idea.

    with the new and better games on the horizon, future resets are probably a moot point anyway.

    If by others their size you mean my archer and his two friends... then yes I agree. I can probably nix bleed half of the "smaller factions" to death with veno and one shot the other half with archer.

    if heaven and hell get expanded it would be awsome to see more lands in there to fight over. might even section off the map a bit more. hell id even fight over unip0rn forest and moonshade, and scarred if we could.

    A map reset doesn't really make things interesting. You'll get to see a lot of colors on the map. A few larger factions possibly avoid eachother, and smaller factions get to see some action. Then after 10 weeks (2,5 freaking months) out of the 26 weeks, larger factions might run into eachother which COULD (not will) result in a good fight.

    I'd rather see a server merger to increase the competition, amount of guilds and player pool to make things more interesting. Rolling over small factions in the next couple weeks is dull, unless big factions to try attack other big factions, and even those fights nowadays are walkovers for enrage/GD now.
