Here we go again with a new season of the Miss PWI contest !

I took in consideration all your suggestions (thanks for making them, btw) and I now present you a better version of the previous contest.

The site is the same adress as for the last contest : http://misspwi.wordpress.com

What has changed ?

- Voting system : a jury of 5 people will be randomly selected, but everyone will still be allowed to vote.
- Developpement of the contest : there will be a 1/4 Final, 1/2 Final and Final
- More seasons : there will be an election in spring, summer, autumn and winter !

The rules :

1) 2 pics per person (1 close-up of the face + 1 full body).
2) No HUD (press F9 to access the in-game "photomaton")
3) All pics will be published on Feb 15th
4) Voting will be of the form of comments, with +1 if you want to see the contestant go to the next stage. No negative comments allowed.
5) Voters can vote on multiple contestants
6) Comments are IP blocked (not more than 1 comment per voter allowed on 1 contestant)
7) In case a draws, the voice of the jury has the last word
8) All servers are included in this contest

Stages :

- 1/4 Finals : selection of 16 contestants - 1 week vote duration
- 1/2 Finals : selection of 8 contestants - 5 days vote duration
- Final : selection of the podium (3 contestants) - 3 days vote duration

To be part of the jury, send a mail to contests.pwinsider@gmail.com with Jury in subject. 5 persons will be randomly selected using a random number generator.

To be a contestant, send your pictures to contests.pwinsider@gmail.com with Miss PWI in subject.

    This will be nice if the judges follow through. I might enter my wizard b:chuckle

    Some questions I have tho.
    1. Are ini file edits allowed? Seeing as it's serverwide, the EU servers are going to be included, and that means they are allowed to freely ini edit, while the US servers don't allow it.
    2. Is head fash allowed in the pictures? Some of them can basically mask the character's face, i.e. elegant headdress.

    1. wut's the prize?

    2. even if you chose the judges randomly. they might know a contestant and give favor.

    3. are there going to be class base cos not all chars has same make up/hair/skin ect.. that you can chose from.

    4. ini file edit alow? or not? many people do edit their chars to wut pwi consider iligal.

    1) Well, the fact is I play on HT only, so that's unfair for the rest of the servers.. So there is no prize, apart from winning a beauty contest :(

    2) Works the same IRL

    3) Every class and race has its own thing and its own beauty ;)

    4) Anything that is legal is allowed. If .ini edit is allowed to a certain degree by the GMs, then yeah it's allowed.

    You're really free in the pics you take, as long as it looks good and is not bannable :)

    Hairfash is allowed.
    As for ini edit, if EU servers allow it, I wouldn't understand why the rest of the servers would be forbidden to...
    So I'll say yeah ini edit is allowed unless Frankie says otherwize.

    the EU servers allow for ini editing but we have to suffer through getting banned for it? wow...double standard much!

    Too bad I took down the pics from the last season of the contest, but I can assure you that NO ONE was naked. It's not even the "less-clothed" one that won so... you're safe b:chuckle

    Well.... Could be an idea... Maybe it's because I'm a guy, but I just can't really see how a male character can be totally different from a female character. Females are more sophisticated and have more parameters to play with (**** included).
    As a male, what can we do ? Look like a ballet dancer just so we don't fall in the "broad shoulder" stereotype ? xD

    Seeing a male BM with a human face would be remarkable. Excluding a couple of the defaults, every single BM I see looks like they headbutted an incoming schoolbus and lost.

    Any kind: Brightening eyes, smoothing textures, etc (I sent mine already, nothing 'Shopped), but yea, I kinda thought so.
