Now, it's like a quarter drop rate. I need to plan ahead and start play again when the normal drop rate comes back (what pwi called "double drop").

    you do realize that the whole reason it is called "Double" drops is because it is a time during which we are receiving double the normal drops. Thus when we are not in a double drop session, that is actually when we are in a "normal drop rate time" as you put it.
