Luring a boss, be it from PQ or anywhere else, into a safe zone intentionally is indeed a banable offence.

If you have screenshots of this happening Fuzzy suggests submitting a ticket and including the screenshot and any other relevant information.

Personal experience but I can't say I've ever been banned for luring baby bosses to towns, just warned... Maybe it's just big bosses like WBs and PQ bosses.

... This is where they're going to ask about "accidentally". Which in itself is funny because if you're "accidentally" pulling a strong boss to where there's unsuspecting people, the first reaction most people would have is to give up and die.

I'll just go with the stance that, I believe, frankieraye took on issues like this in the past: If you need to ask, it's bannable. And by trying to define the limits, you're only making yourself look like a villain-in-the-making.

It's much better to simply ban everyone without mercy than allow for ambiguity. Mostly because the ambiguity will be abused to all hell, plus they really don't have the time to deal with people pleading their cases.

Not true. It could still be using to kill unsuspecting people via transferring to boss to them by means of AoE, e.g. A seeker who is using Vortex would attack the boss and get the aggro and thus die.

Harshly banning without ambiguity can be just as heavily abused.

And time out a seeker vortexing in SZ b:surprised

Of course, but it's much less effort, time and less likely.

... Is this the point where I point out that it's very possible to kill people by luring a boss and having them accidentally take aggro via AoEs?

... Nice try at bending the rules.

    Except it's not working.

And I really can't see how you would blame a person, who is, e.g. aoeing some mobs at one of the many usual zhen locations and then some jackass comes in with a boss and the aoeing character gets aggro because said jackass walks into the AoE with the boss.
