Characters will not load

Hello,

I recently reinstalled PWI. I verified files, but when I type in my user & pw, it goes to the character load screen and the characters do not load. My internet speed is perfect, I don't think it's that problem. I've also let it load for 10+mins now.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

    Are they here to be selected and it's just the images not loading?
    Or is nothing there at all, in which case you probably have the wrong server selected.

    If the first, please post a screenshot. Verifying the files may help as well.
    For the latter, select the correct server. =)
