I'll just assume you are a closeted GD fanboy and/or GD member. To answer your question honestly. I will ask another question. What took them so long? They had 1+ year to rally up the whole server to beat Enrage. Massive recruiting. Plucking players from other TW factions. Coercing people from PvE factions to join them to beat Enrage. Begging old members to TW for them again. If anyone seen the TW between us last week. They would see that, GD outgears us by 2:1 ratio of r9s. And their ratio of +12/JoSD is probably 5:1 to us. Its easy to recruit when you are the underdog faction, and eventually the #1 faction will fall behind. I am quite proud of how long Enrage stood, winning several TWs where we shouldn't have. But this game is too unbalanced. TW is 50% gear, 25% skill and 25% organization/coordination. And for some classes, archers for example is probably 70% gear based. All of these are my opinion of course.

GD had a goal in this game for over a year. Something to work towards. Enrage already achieved their goal and took over the map once. Many are less motivated to do it again. Its amazing how much harder you work at something or willing to spend if their is a goal in mind. Are you going to spend $1000 more dollars to take over the map again or try to beat the unbeatable Enrage? The second goal is more enticing.

The 20minute steamrolls we handed GD was nothing more than GD not attempting to fight. They were more than capable of putting out good fights. But they wont fight unless they are 100% sure they have a chance. Of course they were forced to bid on us after we landlocked them(but also would only bid with help from rad and war).

The future looks bright for GD. I will have to think of someway to close the gear gap. But Enrage will remain competitive in TW until we lose our last land.

Less so before than now. R9 over r8/nirv is huge in terms of damage. r9 archer bows greatly increases success(with minimal effort) at TW and GD has some of the best geared at that position. And JoSD immensely boosts survival over immac/perf shards. Before the difference between nirv/r8 and tt99 isnt as huge as it is today. Either way we never denied that gear doesn't play a big factor in TW.

I am looking forward to TW this weekend, its just a shame that I can't attend the Sunday fight against Drakon.

Hope we can successfully defend this weekend.

Interesting, an Enrage Full R9 BM with 2 Full r9 Characters (Both +11? and some 12's?) ... Complaining that we out-gear them. Sorry but, Nice excuse for losing. In terms of recruiting, can you please name some people in that war who WEREN'T in past wars OR who had just recently joined the guild in which they were involved in the TW where Enrage lost.. please?

I like how you talked about Archers, when Enrage is pretty much in the exact same position as our Archers in terms of gear (If not better). But yet again, Ehmi of course has to attempt to find an excuse as to why Enrage lost.

Lets talk here again about recruiting, correct me if I'm wrong. Enrage recruited Karma which lead them to the 'steamrolls', So.... Enrage recruited 'massively', 'plucked players from other TW factions', 'Begged old members to TW for them' (Kiyoshi? Only recently seen him in TW). So lets just say, we can put your own words back into your own mouth in terms of Excuses.

As for recruiting members, wtf really cares.Factions are supposed to recruit members, how they do it is their business. Well except the part about knights being a GD member. He's not GD or Enrage, as far as I am willing to hazard.

And trust GD math wizards to not know the difference between R9 archers with immaculate/DoT/vit shards +10 armors and R9 archers with JOSD +12 armors.

But it's okay, I learned at the tech career fair today that even basic knowledge in math is actually...not common.

Didn't read all the posts though, too tired from tech fair. Sorry (not really) if I didn't address any GD blurbs eagerly waiting my attention; I may or may not get to it tomorrow. Most likely not, though. I only like reading HojuKen's posts and I accidentally read part of BiB's cuz my eyes tend to look for Kiyo's name due to much hilarity on archer forums.

I did not mention or suggest the fact that there was a problem with you saying 'there is no excuse for our last tw'. If you went back and read Ehmi's post, he is obviously looking or attempting to search for excuses as to why you lost.
