So I took a few videos of a few duels I was doing yesterday and then used to windows movie maker to make a tiny video :D

http://youtu.be/4nU6QzTJ7qU

Suggestions on how to improve quality of the video? Make it more interesting? Suggestions to improve how I play my wiz? Also what can I do to improve my gear...

Windows movie maker seems very limited to what you can do though, any suggestions on another program(preferably free) that works well?

Thankies :D

You can download a keygen for Sony Vegas or use camstudio. The quality did make it a bit hard to watch, for duels they are good but duels dont say much. No charm ticks and imaginary rules set up by people that people follow by without question. (no genie + pots + apoth) Level to 100 quick and I would love to see some real pvp.

No one really watches duel videos, most people prefer to watch PK or TW videos where kiting and bypassing charms is an art. Duels are generally too short to watch and are way too repetitive not to mention are regarded as 'irrelevant' and 'noobish' in terms of PvP within the PWI community.

Try exporting the video in 720p and 25FPS at least. HD is generally the standard nowadays. If you can't due to whatever reason, a well coded 480p video and 25FPS is watchable but people might be turned off as it's not HD. WMM does not offer many options in terms of exporting but .wmv is not bad quality for size.

WMM is sufficient for most video editing unless you start getting into syncing the video to the music, multiple video/audio layers and more effects such as selective blurring. If you really are seeking are upgrade for free then there really is little alternative. Your best bets are the out of date 'AvidfreeDV' (you might need to get it via P2P since Avid does not offer it anymore) or WAX, Zwei-Stein and AVS editor.

I use PowerDirector9 and I haven't really had any challenges that the editor couldn't handle. I've seen so many people talk about Vegas that I want to try it.

Anyways, I've never, ever, used Windows Movie Maker. Get something better.

Duels are essentially 1v1s without a charm, and if you both move away from each other too much it breaks the duel. Plus you can't drop from losing, as you don't die.

    Basically what HurrDurr said.

ofc, like other ppl mentioned, not many ppl care about duels... however...
once you get 4 sparks, there are some tricks you can try in duels.
like during 3-2-1 countdown with full chi use sutra, then hit elemental shell
and once the countdown hits 1 just keep clicking one of the ultis b:victory
