I didnt want to add this here but I was asked to do so in a reply to a ticket I recently sent in. However, I guess I'll add it to see what happens.


For at least the past month quite a number of us have found the game to be boring. There is no challenge for people who have been playing this game for 2+ years. After level 101 The Forgotten Frostland becomes less fun and the EXP gain is very little. Doing Twilight Temples and Nirvanas are barely enough to keep one interested and after a certain point (say the 50th time on a particular day) these instances are extremely boring.

Higher levels have a difficult time reaching 105, so why not introduce a new instance or two. For example why not a new instance similar to FF/FC where ample amounts of EXP are given. This instance can be accessible by level 101+s only. Also, why not change the amount of EXP needed to level, or raise the amount of EXP mobs/instances give, this way the level cap for PWI can be raised to 110 or higher.

We all need a challenge. And this game doesnt provide one anymore. I love this game and on January 17th I would be playing PWI for three years, but there's a lack of enjoyment now and boredom has taken over. I dont want to stop playing this game, but there's nothing exciting anymore, there needs to be something more for higher levels. All there is to do most of the time is PK/PvP (which not everyone participates in), BH (again which not everyone participates in - mostly because of the monotony of it and the lack of a challenge) or again TT and FF's. All of these options have been exhausted to the max by the majority of the higher levels and by those who have been playing for a long period of time.

There has to be more creativity from both GMs and the developers. Why not ask the players what they would love to see introduced to the game (instance wise). And if there is something in the works that will be more challenging, as well as better for EXP, then I think you should keep the players in the loop. Release information once a month about anything new that's coming out (and no I'm not just talking about the information that is released in the patch notes because not everything that is in developement is stated there), that way people will stick around more. But I still think asking the players what they would like to see (perhaps in a poll...?) will give GMs and Devs a better idea as to how to keep players and to get new people to play PW.

I'm tired of logging onto this game and just standing around not doing anything (thank god for Skype and the friends I have on there or I would be even more bored lol). I do this for hours on end because I have nothing to do, and I know other people who do the same. I'm bored with being bored.

Time to give this game new life, or let it die due to lack of imagination and creativity.

    took the words out of my mouth.the game has become so mundane...but i have put to much into my charr money wise to let it go.and even thought most whont say it theres ALOT of people that feel the same way.

    And you're right about that, I'm also feel bored when reach lvl 80. Nothing to do but Grinding and Farming, I hate doing BH sometime can't find any help at all.

    Nothing new but instance, cash items but no fun events, would be fun if there any events for low lvl and something to keep peoples on playing without feeling bored, I heard about PWI used to have Housing System but removed and left Black Market Vendors with nothing to do. Wonder why?

    Really hoping for something fun to do in this game....................

    well there is tons of stuff for a lvl 80 to do lol

    i would just love to see the arena up and running. it would also be nice to have some sort of pvp oriented mini games that people could join at ANY time in the day(catpure the flag even! with teams being sorted randomly). and winners would get some token with rewards available, like gear and fashion.

    but i agree 100%. i think taking a monthly poll with some options for players to voice what we want implemented is a great idea!

    i also find myself standing around or afk until the nightly event, which lasts an hour? i do enjoy them but i think that pwi needs to listen to the player base a bit more. there is clearly a demand for something new.

    Yes for mods. (or GM as well)
    But they don't have power to make changes other than proposing suggestion to company and developer. They surely know and realize of this game boring factor, but it seem there not much they can do about it. (since they are volunteers or just employed to manage community from going wild)

    No for developer since they are in China, every updates for all official PW in the world are based from China version. So if user want to suggest something, it best to do it in wanmei CN forum. (basically they care China community the most)

    whats even worse is that PWE has other games with what we are suggesting that work PERFECTLY FINE! forsaken world has a great arena system. insane that they cant implement it in pwi

    if i'm not mistaken just because they do it in another more up to date game, doesn't mean they'll be able to pull it off on a older game, especially considering that the original devs up and left and the guys who are in charge now seem to be completely clueless or uninterested in adding any significant new content that isn't screwed up.

    Wow people replied :o lol.

    I know there's nothing our PWI GMs can do and that it's all up to the PW China, but I had hoped that it would be something they could do like pass along sensible suggestions to those GMs/Devs. And I fully comprehend that I was, and still am, grasping at straws when I sent in this ticket, but I felt like I had to say something, because let's face it, not like I was doing anything in game at the time lol.

    I've had other suggestions/ideas like why not be able to make our own pigments with herbs and some of the mats you dig? Or why not create our own flights/aerogear? Or, and this is an odd one, why not be able to raise mounts and make them gear like saddles and such? (Slightly impossible for this game I guess but it was something lol.)

    Maybe with the new expansion coming on the 14th I'll have more of a reason to NOT go afk for hours on end in game. I'm just getting more depressed logging on and having nothing to do, and I know there are many out there who feel the same.

    Anyway, that's all I guess any of us can do, is wait to see if the game will present us with greater challenges in the near (and distant) future.

    Aww you're cute Rainbow, next time you want to reply make sure to use caps lock so I know to care what you think. The whole "we need a challenge" thing was me stating for those I've talked to about how stale this game has become. If you didn't want to read the rest of my OP then ok, good for you! You didn't have to state that you had done so just to get some attention.
