Kinda Stuck

Ok I am kinda stuck .. may sound silly but please do help

So I downloaded the game

Created and account

Can log in all ok

Can log on to the game and then I get to create a character - So I did 2 of them

There is a Save/Delete window on the LHS of the screen where I could save and named them as well all ok

The other 2 options are confirm and cancel - Hit on Confrim it asks for a Name and hit on cancel takes me to the main page with only the create Button active - can see all the buttons ok but no characters .. something I am missing?

***Just to add Nothing under select a character either****

    If you haven't already, I suggest you repost this in the Technical Support Zone section.

    Are you saying you make a toon, name it, then the character selection menu is empty?

    Please note that there is a difference between creating a character preset and creating a character. It sounds like you're only creating presets.

    You need to hit the "Confirm" button after designing your character, and then pick a name for that character to actually create the character.

    Just go back in, reload the preset you created, and then confirm it with an available name you'd like.

    Was creating presets only
