Problem With Hero's Blood to Enter Map 2

I did a search and all threads were quite old and i didn't really find an answer >.>

I realize the blood is only there at certain times, but whenever I check between 18:00 -21:00 ( 6pm -11pm), the blood isn't there.

Is this a bug, or does the blood not actually show up at this time range?

    Are you looking at 18.00-21.00 server time or your time...? b:surrender

    that would be 6pm to 9pm in case you were going to late. I have never had problems picking up the blood myself
