Fake-bids allowed on PWI?

as we had obviously a fake-bid on moma last week from ~removed~ i just wanted to ask other servers if GMs allowe fake-bids or if it is only on new server moma.

  Fake bidding is against the rules. If you notice a suspicious bid, send in a ticket regarding it.
