Zen stuck in the review process

Paid by Visa. My bank is reading that the charge was made, the money was taken out, but I've received no emails or whatnot. It's been a day already...

I did open a ticket but seem to have gotten no reply.

    I have the same problem. I also tried making a ticket for it, but every computer I have tried says there are too many redirects. Something is wrong with their server. I also tried calling PWI but get an answering machine. So I called MoneyBookers.com. (The people that transfer the money to PWI) They were very friendly and helpful. The stated that 1 minute after PWI got the money PWI refunded the money but the refund failed. They said if it is not resolved by PWI in 48 hours I can call them back and they will take the money from PWI and give it back to me. I really would rather PWI fix the problem and let me have my hard earned money so I can spend my ZEN. Made me amd when my fiancee purchased some the same time I did and she got some awesome packs and I couldnt do anything.

    Apparently I was supposed to get some sort of verification email? I never got anything. That email was supposed to have a number to call too, but again, I never got it.

    Yeah - Im sad to say but i think this will be my last time on buying points from pwi ever again, this service is intolerable.

    With such a big company id expect a more firm grasp on there "Technical support" side - hell, id even go as far as too say id expect them to have some sort of "Live chat" support like most other "smaller" companies have, in order to get things sussed more sufficiently.

    The ticket system scheme is nothing less than a big joke, its amazing too think if they even have more than 10 staff who handle the complaints, cause waiting over 2 days for a reply too a simple ticket, vexes me.

    Whats worse is that by all this time, i probably wont receive my points, all ill get is a lame pathetic attempt of an excuse as too why they are fkn up so much on the support/financial side of there service, and a lousy refund that will no doubt take another 2 days to actually even transfer back to my account.

    This is my first and probably last time charging with them. It's great to know that a company can take my money, but supporting me, and everyone else, when we don't get the product we've already paid for should be high on their list of priorities. There's supposedly a number I can call..... Does anyone have that?

    Should a forum manager or gm come by, I DO NOT HAVE the email, it never came. That email was supposedly containing a number for billing support, which would be nice.

    Edit: I'm talking to moneybookers right now to see if it was on their end, the money was transferred to perfect world yesterday. It's definitely your end PW

    This is still the OP.... Again I guess avatars are counted as different accounts.

    Moneybookers told me they transferred the money yesterday, but perfect world attempted and failed to refund the money. During this time, my ticket asking for help never was answered, and not an email was received. They've been far more helpful to me in clearing up this matter than you have, PWI. I really am loving your game but you need to fix your systems. Maybe 10 employees on tickets isn't enough, either.

    Last update. Got off the phone with PWI just now, from the number moneybookers provided. The transaction failed. Within a week I'll have the money back in my account but "My account is now flagged as a valid account," So my next transaction will go through. There WILL, NOT, be a next transaction. I waited two days for a service that's NEVER been slower than instant with any other company. And now I get to wait up to a WEEK for money that I own, and your company honestly thinks I'll try to spend again?

    I am in the exact same position and this is an absolute disgrace on PWI behalf.

    I seriously hope from this day fourth that they consider changing alot of there "bad habits" and gain a much tighter better support team, thats not dealt with some stupid ****ing ticket system, that they know fine well will take over 7 days to get responded too, all to tell me something i dont want to hear.

    This will be my last transaction, as i have now been waiting over 2 days for my Zen - which to make matters worse, my friend who sits right beside me, has received his zen withing 2hours, but hes also agreed now not to give anymore money into PWI.

    There only diggin themselves a hole.

    Does anyone have a number or contact for moneybrookers, as it seems its best to go through them, than this actual PWI company.

    I may just be more dissapointed with PWI than I am with Nexon. At least when I purchase something on one of Nexon's games I GET the product I bought, within 10 seconds. Not TEN DAYS.

    Got my money back and a response from PWI Customer Support. I guess the problem is that I live far from my server so as a security measure they declined my payment. I had to verify my playing location and my paying location. Hopefully it wont happen again.

    There is no real reason to get mad and post hateful things. As Joe Friday says Just the facts. It seemed people go answers going to moneybookers. It helped me out when talking to PWI support. There are a few things that PWI can do better but this comes with any business. And I find in life people you do business with are more apt to help if you just give facts leave your emotions out and dont bad mouth. I like the game play on PWI more than the other MMORPG games and I will continue to play.

    Take it easy and see all you all on Heavens Tear.....

    Well with all due respect, i payed by paypal which states in the T&C's, "Paypal transactions will be complete within 24hours" - its now been over 2 days, and ive heard nothing....

    Im not frustrated at the fact i dont have my zen, im frustrated at the lack of care and response ive been given in this situation - ive sent in 2 tickets, 2 days ago, and heard nothing.

    Ive made 2 topics - and heard nothing.

    Ive waited over 2 days, and no zen....You see what im getting at?

    Frustration is an emotion built by other peoples doing, so you cant expect myself or others not to be a tad pissed off at the fact of the situation.

    As you boldly stated "Its a business" and in running one, "Clients come first" because without them, they go "out of business" - so to say that they have bigger things too worry about, is beyond stupidity, and if it is true....then pwi deserve to start failing now.

    There support is a joke, as a big company they should have "Live chat" support, in order to get responses done more sufficiently, im sure they have enough money to do so.

    So im sorry but i cant take what you seriously, simply for the fact that you almost make it sound like its "our" faults as the customer, not to harass a company in a situation were you have been basically "duped".

    Because now its going to get too a stage were itll be "Im sorry we will refund your money" - which will take upto 7 DAYS!

    For what? For me to lose out on my zen, 7 days of my earned money, and no doubt leave the game i was intending to enjoy by using points to enhance a character thats now beyond the stage i was originally at.

    So yeah - way to go pwi! But serious note...hire some customer support team and setup a live chat system, the ticket system died back in 2001.

    Fulmiendo, How is it acceptable for a business to take a sum of money with a promised compensation, fail to deliver the product, and offer no knowledge of what's going on?

    Yes, a refund for my money is incoming, but why was I completely uninformed as to what was going on with the money I had spent? It's unacceptable that no notification is given, for corporations large or small. No customer support was openly offered besides the ticket system, of which I received no response. I had to go through an alternative company just to find out what exactly had happened to my money.

    Nothing I posted was hateful. I said I won't do business with them again because of the poor service they provided me, as well as mrkaizo. If you're referring to the comment about preferring Nexon's quality of service over PWI's, It's not aimed to be hateful. The fact is, whenever I've spent money with Nexon, the product was there. No questions asked. No tracking to do. No hassle. No mystery. With PWI that's not the case. While I do feel the game itself is superior, and will more than likely continue to play PW, I will simply not try to
