i was in TM 69 whit my team 4 pleope lvl 60-80 and 2 lvl 100+ we did full run in 600 seconds around all my team get medals after talk whit npc and me i diden get
me after i talk whit npc hapen nathing b:cryso what i soul do to get my medal back

    If everyone except you got their medals it means it's your fault, not that the instance is bugged.

    yea he help me in 2 runs so i dont want vacuiti for me i want for ppl hu help me cos is hard to get help on new server

    it is not a glitch, most likely you died and left the cave, or trashed the quest somehow, or were too far away when it was turned in. Or you had a full inventory. Or you had a full quest list.
