Game No Longer Announces Completed Quests

I don't know if I accidentally turned off an option but starting today when I complete quests, the game no longer says that the quest is complete on the screen after I met the requirement to complete it. In order to see if it is complete or not (Ex: kill 10 of this monster) I have to open my quest log and look. When I look it will say 10/10 but never announce it on my screen. This issue just started today and I've been playing this game for a long time and never had this issue on any character.

Google turned up no relevant results.

Has anyone had this issue and was able to fix it?

    I think some quests it just doesnt do it. it gets annoying, when you gotta kill like 70 mobs and have to constantly check to see when your getting close

    Thanks very much! I actually just completed a quest and it announced it. I was worried for a bit there. Thanks for the quick response! b:laugh
