Problems with ultimate game card

Ii just tried to redeem 2 prepaid ultimate game cards and the transaction seem to go through however current balance is still 0 and its not showing up on my transaction history. I attempted to re enter the same 2 cards and it says both cards have been redeemed. Help!

    Same issue here, help please. What did you do to fix it? Been over 30 minutes.

    STATUS UPDATE:
    Problem solved took an hour and a half to show up. Just be patient!

    I bought me several cards and it wont let me redeem them at all. what do I do? how do I redeem them?

    You'll have to go through setting up a charge profile on the billing page as part of the standard steps for purchasing zen if this is your first time. If you still have problems even after that and going through the normal steps, please submit a ticket.
