I wish I had r9 gear myself.
2 nights ago I turned pk after months of retirement and killed a few r9 players with my +10 r8 weapon and +7+10 tt99/vana armor. *facepalm* =.=

Same geared WR vs EA is determined by the WR only. Only time an EA wins is because of luck or the WR played it wrong. I could be wrong for the current r9+12 joke of a game but I'm right for 2007-mid2011.
Imma expand on "WR played it wrong"...
The WR class has the highest skill cap and while it requires more to be good compared to some classes it is/was the most OP if played correct. In a WR vs EA fight the EA's task list of what to do is fairly straight-forward and easy to execute compared to what the WR has to do.

now, WR need lucky zerk/crit to kill the EA, with the genie and new skills EA can be immune to stun easily, while EA can get the BM with a few crit shot +genie skills. As a full r9 bm, I am not full+10, only about 10JOSD in my gears. I still get down quite fast against r9+12 EA if I make mistake.0 -

From everything I've seen and experienced recently, pvp is simply immune till you run out of immune skills then die. >_>
