Options plss

Hy guys.

I am now starting to save some money for my barb and i will try to get it R9 or Nirvana Lunar. What is the best option money-wise. My belief is Nirvana Lunar. It has almost the same stats as R9 minus the Bonus, is not bound and it will be a better look and different from all other R9 barbs out there and i will still save some money to refine 3 pieces to +10 in stead of keeping them +7. Plss give me your input and opinions.
What about weapon R9, or Nirvana?
Currently i have a +5 R8 weapon.

    Since you already have Rank 8 (200k rep) the total cost for everything else would be around 1440 gold (1513 for everything - 72gold worth of rep). Rank 9 cost has diminished to be pretty comparable to Nirvana.

    We don't know cost of gold on your server, or cannies and raps, but R9 has become about the same cost as G15. The gear is comparable but the set bonus of R9 makes it quite a bit better. With Nirvana gear you have more variations on gear setup but very few are better than R9 + 2 pieces of Lunar or event gear. And the R9 weapon is OP for barbs.

    Overall I'd say go for R9 unless you want to share with a BM or Seeker

    Golds around 1.4 Mill

    Uncannies round 415k

    Raps around 1.6 mill

    I love my Lunar Nirvana. If you're going for a full set, you get good bonuses of attack and defense level. Stacked with an O'Malley's blessing, it is a pretty decent set of gear. I also have T2 lunar axes.

    I think that the weapons are comparable at high refines, the only thing that R9 has over Nirvana would be more hp from refines, guaranteed 4 sockets on every piece, and always GoF on the weapon. Of course, those bonuses of R9 are covered by the price of it.

    How can you say rank 9 is almost the same amount of cash has NV???

    100k rep 36 gold

    Ring 225 gold

    total 261 gold

    thas almost 400 mil cash enough to get all vanna boots legs chest and still have some moeny in the pocket..........

    I am going for 4 pieces and the cost of them with current prices is around 500m.
    And Must yes the R9 ring is the most troubling. I already have Pan Gu and TT99 Neck and Belt to be 5.0 aps. i think i will probably go Nirvana. As for Helmet i am aiming for WoE 3-4 soc +10 vit +10 refine. Hopefully i will have half of the pieces after the next 2x. b:thanks

    Assuming you want to have the best ring in the game... Let consider that its own expense.

    So boots, legs and chest would need 750 cannies and about 25m for each of the 3 bases for crafting. Using the prices stated above (415k x 750 cannies) + (3 x 25 mil) = 386.25m

    Rank 9 boots, legs, and chest cost 110 gold each. 330 gold x 1.4m=462m.

    I'm sorry, comparing 386m to 462m for endgame gear isn't a huge difference. Especially when you consider G16 vs G15 so better refines, auto 4 sockets, set bonuses... We can compare weapons too, but that is difficult considering you can have a hard time getting your stats an easily spend more than 525 gold worth in raps getting comparable stats (29 recasts, using prices listed above would about equal an R9 weapon. I know people who have recasted their G15 100+ times).
