Can a GM or a member of staff please speed up the procces? I have used Google Checkout, they have sent me the reciept and they zen still hasn't been updated and it's been over 24hrs. I have charged zen dozens of times with perfect world and it has never taken this long before to proccess.

    Having dealt with/run a business that deals specifically with online transactions, you will often get a receipt even if the transaction is on hold, pending, or being reviewed. I think 90% of the payment issues Ive reviewed were on this type of thing.

    I'd suggest the following steps:

    1. Call your bank and review if the transaction is flagged.
    2. Contact Google Checkout with the information by your bank.
    3. Then submit a ticket marked with "billing" on the support section if the above checks out.

    E-commerce gets weird, typically its your bank, or the payment company - Google Checkout in this case. Flags are random, or due to high volume, or unusual amounts or companies. Anything over 200-500 depending on the type of your account that is something out of state or e-commerce related will have a high chance of being flagged by your bank.

    I contacted my bank its not them. They even gave me the authorization code. Contacted Google its not them. Must be pwi and they can't even be bothered to reply to my mail. I've spent 100's in Zen with pwi. Unfortunately if this isn't resolved quickly I'm not charging Zen again.

    Submit a ticket through Support.

    TBH, I don't know what everyone QQs about, I've had less than 24 hour turnaround every time with them. I'd imagine its even faster with billing.

    I submitted a ticket yesterday with no reply. I have always had a fast turnaround until now. Not sure why pwi won't reply to me or own up to the fact they have somehow lost my money

    For future reference, Google and other payment processors can and do flag purchases for additional reviews. We have no control over when this happens. If you get caught by one of these reviews you can ticket in and we can tell you if why your Zen is delayed, but we cannot speed up the process.

    Actually having the same problem myself.

    I pay by paypal - and always have, and my current status has been "Reviewing" since 2am yesterday.

    My friend who sits beside me, also pays by paypal - his review was finished within 2 hours.

    Any idea why this is?

    Seems a bit long of a review - i have my paypal receipt, so the transaction defo went through, and i have a bank statement showing it came out.

    Ive also sent in a ticket like hours ago, still nothing yet.
