when i do offfer i get message (offer complete) but anyways i dont get zen in my wallet :(:( why ???

    Because almost all of the "offers" are scams. Theyll take your info and claim you never finished.

    I've quit excluding TW for my faction. But I still hang around to help out those who still enjoy the game under PWEs horrific handling and to have fun in the forums. b:cute

    If you make a valid complaint, your thread will disapear. Don't post it here, post it on other sites where PW can't hide it.

    Some of those do mention that it can take a while for the Zen to be credited to your account. Give it a day, then if nothing happens, use the support for the Earn Zen section.

    I even had an offer that installed a hidden proxy on my PC which I did not find until after my merch account was banned... b:surrender

    Sorry for this double post. But I did that before too, I also read the fine print that if it happens too many times, you will be banned from the Zen earning system. Even though I've done at least 20 gold worth of unrewarded offers...

    How am I to claim my rightful zen then?

    Offers do work, but some do not. I have done many offers and got a lot completed and a lot not completed. The links below shows all of my offers;the only ones that I payed for was a $10 one and a $50 and I signed up for blockbuster on one. The rest of the were 100% free and all I did was spend time doing them...

    I look at it this way: I learned a lesson instead of getting free Zen in exchange for lots of skeezy companies getting my information.

    I think (it's been a while...) I got somewhere around 1/3 the free Zen I should have gotten. Submitting screenshots was futile, of course.

    Lessons learned:

    1) If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

    2) Don't trust PWE to be on the up and up.

    I know PWI doesn't control these offers, but I think they should remove them. Sometimes they do give Zen, other times they give viruses/malware. PWI should remove these as soon as possible.

    If you want zen, find one of those companies that actually pays you to surf. At least your system won't be infected with spyware, malware and other nasty stuff... and some of that is so low-volume that it never catches the attention of companies like AdAware or Spybot.
