increased drop rates?

I've played this game for a long time, and it seems to me that the drop rates on certain items, such as the Dragon Quest items have been lowered, making it harder for low-mid levels and even some high levels to farm coin. So as my suggestion I propose an increased drop rate on DQ items. As I noticed during double drop they would drop every 12 or so kills, but would drop at 2-4 at a time. so an increase of actual chance to drop would be good.

Yeah I agree farming on this game now sucks crafting mats and dq items without 2x drop for **** now. I decided to lvl a seeker first low lvl char I made in a long time and I noticed that the drop rates are **** compared to how they were back in 2008 when I made my archer. I mean I know they suck at higher lvls but I remember back when I was a low lvl on my first char stuff used to drop like crazy.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

yea, i wont spend money on a game that over prices and tries to gouge, im not lazy or rich. eventually this game will have nothing left but cash shopers and since everyone will be 5.0 or R9 with +12, everyone will quit and the game will die. so increasing the drops to make it fair for the normal players who dont spend there pay checks on the game will keep it alive, because the cash shoppers will get to feel superior over someone. ijs.0 -

That's because it WAS decreased. And there's a reason why. In the Chinese version (though i dont know the exacts) people were making a LOT of real money off fellow players by farming and selling DQ items in game. Whether it was for Dragon Quests or something else, I don't know. But they had to decrease the drop rate in both versions because of it.
They gave the American version the DQ rewards system as a sort of "sorry we had to do that to ya" thing.
This is of course the low detail version. Like i said, i don't know/remember the exacts.
So, Sorry, But they wont be increasing them back anytime soon/ever because of that.0 -

Also, Play a veno, I make in game coin just fine. And I'm told Venos are a rather good coin farm class.0 -

Gold prices are high enough now that they can revert the drop rate back and if they want to keep new players around it would be wise to. Not all new players are going to want to spend real life money on this game. The inflated costs of everything and the low drop rates will turn people away.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]
