Nirvana question.

Ugh im not too sure if this is the right forum or not for this but yeah.

I've tried searching and haven't found an answer;

Do you need smithing/tailoring to nirvana an item? For example my bound tt99 glaive, i'd need to have smithing level 6/7 to nirvana it?

    Level 6 of the respective manufacture is required. That is, Tailor for armors and Blacksmith for weapons.
