Mystic pvp talk

So fellow myst how pk and duels going for ya? ima lvl 67 myst and im loving it i rarely lose to any class my level so i be in plume all day dueling higher levels and i can say i win 70% of the time b:victory people i know are people saying i will never say a bad thing about a myst again. comments like those jus make me feel good and i wonder does anyone else that effectively know the class feel the same way? Anyone care to share any stories? heres my duel of the day...

i was level 66 at the time and me and my fac mate wanted to duel (lvl 100 5 aps demon sin) she had the thought that the duel was gonna last 1 second. i was jus like b:sin so we begin b4 she can knife throw i stun her with devil for 5 seconds and get in a thicket which successfully procs and i get the 10 second silence and i begin to soul absorb doin alot of dmg but she had like 500 hp leff (7k+ hp total) so she tele to me and one hit me. she was shocked to see i lasted so long. she said ima like one of the few AA classes that lasted longer that 2 seconds in a duel so that right there made me feel good. So what about you guys?

    I find duels are pretty easy for any class with the right strategy. Although sadly on my bm my genie skill true emptyness is so overopwered ive one shot a lvl 100 mystic in a duel. But they forgot verdant shell, we redueled she still lost. b:chuckle. As my mystic i have to worry about sins when it comes to open pvp, but on my bm i can stand there all b:cool without a worry about that. But when it comes to duels a mystic has so many things to do within the devil stun the duel is really over from start.

    Atm Dueling is the only thing i do right now.... And i can say i win 70% of the time on lvl 99s+ being a lvl 94 and not even using salvation or thicket..... Its fairly easy to beat all classes and with mystics it all comes to- Who kills/seals the devil first or who uses antistun.

    The most difficult class i think is a sage seeker because if they got Sage Blade Affinity and Sage Unfetter its very hard to get them down before they one shot you.

    One thing i find stange is on my 78 bm i can somehow 1 shot a mystic lvl 100 with the True Emptyness Genie skill. I swear that skill is so op XD

    And everybody keeps telling me PVP Mystics are impossible and I should roll a boring class I dont enjoy playing if I want to play some PVP b:shutup

    b:pleased as one of the vary few mystics that do pvp on my server i am happy to say dont listen to what your told. I do in fact win most fights i get myself into and just about any duel. (duels are like pvp on easy mode for a mystic to be honest.) there is no class that cant hold there own in pvp. A mystic vs a barb, bm, cleric, mystic, wiz, psy, and even a seeker all die easy in a 1v1 long as they have around the same gear/refines as me. ive even killed some full r9+10-12 gear ppl and my mystic don't even have so much as r8. pvp as a mystic is not only possible but it can be really fun at times. The ONLY 2 classes i would say you have a reason to fear are them sneaky little sin's and archers. long you got the right gear and know how to play your class, there is no reason why ppl shouldn't fear you when you show up. b:cool

    On my level 91 mystic, I've beaten several players level 100+, including sins :)

    Since my pdef is pitiful, I usually keep the concept, "as long as they can't attack you, then you are fine", in mind. I always have on verdant shell and rez buff, but other than that, I don't try to boost my def (even though I do keep pdef gear with me) since aps classes and archers can kill me faster than I can get away, although that probably won't happen once I get to 100 and upgrade from TT90, lol.

    With the 100+ sins (usually r8, sometimes nirv, but never fought a r9 sin, not that I think I'd win), I stun with my devil if they aren't in stealth, then:

    Nature's Vengeance-> Thicket-> Nature's Vengeance x2-> Bramble Tornado-> Stun (devil, the cooldown usually isn't over though since my fights are fast)->Nature's Vengeance-> Gale Force-> Nature's Vengeance

    Yes, as you can see, I like to spam skills. I'm not sure if this method would work with others since my channeling is quite good for my level :O I sacrificed nearly 80% of the pdef I could have for -42% channeling, but with rapid growth, my battles usually end in less than a minute.

    Not all of them were wins however, sometimes, they stun me and I can't get out of it. When my devil can't stun them, they usually just kill me w/ aps, lol.
