    Get into a faction and do guildbase dailies till you can get the 35% hp for 35mill one (its significantly better and cheaper than what most people will try and charge for bless)

    35M? b:shocked I bought my Bless scroll for my Herc on Dreamweaver server for 20m. Granted, the 35% from Base is slightly better than level 5, but I'm not sure it's worth another 15m or so, depending on prices. Up to you.

    I'd check AH or WC for it before committing that much money to it, that's a bit steep. They aren't common, I can say that much, but a few show up periodically.
