Figured a Thread that show cased how awesome .ini edits are would help to support allowing these kind of changes. In this thread post your hard work and let the "Powers that be" see that altho yes it can make some ugly chars it can also make some really cool looking ones.

Before you post a pic tho, consider that this thread will be seen by the "Powers that be" so showoff your best work that fits into the style of pwi. The idea for this thread is to encourage the acceptance of .ini edits and not the other way around.

    Sagek, .ini edits are still illegal on our american servers.
    So I advise against posting them, unless you want to get banned.

    However, I'd like this to be seen more as a: Show us what you did on the EU servers. It is legal there and no problem at all. Show us what PWI could have if it was allowed here.

    I don't know, but this way mods might let it go. I like your idea, sir, but it's critical. b:surrender

    I really hope so, I know there are a lot of creative people out there and this is just one more way for those to express themselves creatively.

    Wish I could contribute but as the only PW version out of all other versions out there we are not allowed to make our characters more beautifull with newer graphics (yet the European servers get more rights then us while from the same company)... So with older classes you'll be stuck with ugly soulless eyes and all that because this version is too busy counting their money and too lazy to actualy allow at least minor edits...

    Same goes for my poor characters who continue to have eyes that show no soul at all...

    Only way to have a nice looking character these days here unfortunatly is to chose between a seeker or mystic... Racism to older classes? Hell yeah... b:surrender

    Venomancer customization totally outshines earthguard, with the eyes being a lot more customizable. Just practice for a while and you'll get it.

    They look blank no matter what you do... And the eyeballs just don't have any texture at all... Let alone the ability to create nice green-yellow, not overdone, anime like eyes... b:cry

    I don't intend to hijack this thread, so apologies to the OP. It would be great if we could share ini works for the THOUSANDS that does this. It would make for some very interest makeovers.

    For Yuna, well, I'm not so good with eyes anymore, but I spent a lot of time on my old veno's eyes - pic is about a year old. Sil would disagree that she looks blank ;p

    It's not bannable to show an ini edit, but it's bannable to use them in game/show to ini edit.

    My cleric, taco, from another server.
    I miss playing her b:sad

    I edited her eyes by themselves in a program (along with the obvious color changes), no EG texture.
    Only wanted to show the pretty EG hair.

    Idk if its me but, sometimes the earthguard eyes on the older races tend to make them look..odd?

    I mean it tends to make the rest of the body look "outdated" and the eyes just seem to *sparklesparkle* idk i can't really explain it well but yeah b:shutup

    However there are some very pretty characters here b:cute
