Just a question about buying zen

Is there anyway to live in NZ(New Zealand) not own a credit card and buy zen?
like sending money into the game or buying game cards etc.

    -Paypal (debit card PayPal account, since you mentioned you do not own a credit card)
    -PayByCash: Ultimate Game Cards (if i am correct, these are available in New Zealand)
