How do you meet others?

I just recently started playing and all I've been doing is Quest after Quest. I tried to say "hello" to others, but I never get an answer. Can higher players see 'noobs' talking? I almost feel invisible. I was just wondering because it's starting to feel kind of lonely starting out in this Server...

    This may sound obvious, but are you speaking in the proper channel? Make sure your chat tab is set to "Common chat."

    That is normal chat it just matters on if people in rang can see your chat and

    if the player is not afk(off game) or if you wanna talk one on one just click them, right click on

    their face and and click on whisper on the list that pops up

    blue whisper in a player thats not your friend

    pink whisper is a friend on your friend list

    Dreamweaver we do troll , even alot .

    Start conversations, once you get to BH squads levels( if you're lucky enough to catch one) squading with people, Questing(but honestly its dead) Teleacoustics( lots of people are known cause of their abusive use of Teles, not ina good way they get blocked in the long run) Joining Factions. That's all there is to it. good luck!

    would suggest joining a fun looking faction from WC (world chat, the yellow one)
    thats where i made most of my friends during game

    and just as a heads up, players can "screen" players below a certain lvl, so they will not receive messages by them (im not sure if it only works with pm's or in regular chat also)
