Could Bank Resets Be Any Slower?

Just started playing again after a 2 year hiatus. I gave most of my stuff away when I quit, but since I've come back I'm in need of better equipment. However, I forgot my bank password. Queue the game's epic shotgun to my face: I can't equip anything. My damage output is laughable for my level, as is my defense. I took 2 hours to finish a hunt quest that would normally take me 20 minutes. It's been a couple days since I put in my reset ticket but nothing has happened...can't these people get a few guys to work the weekends? It's ridiculous how long it takes to get help with such a dire and game-ruining problem. b:cry

    Never give your stuff away when you quit an mmorpg, always keep your account the way it is to allow for a situation where you would return to the game for whatever reason

    I quit a level 40 cleric first, I got tired of relying on other people and don't like looking around for a party. Not to mention my internet jargon isn't very good, so when people start throwing acronyms at me I get lost. Only know a few, like LF, WTB/S, and the classes, otherwise I'm lost (FC?) The one I quit that I want reset was only a level 15 Blademaster (so I can solo). Not a loss as the Corona Armor backed me up. But although it let me equip most of the Corona equipment, it stopped at the belt. I also didn't manage to equip a weapon so I'm stuck with a spirit sword...11-17 physical isn't helping. If SOMEBODY would hurry the heck up and reset my bank I would be all good. Hasn't happened yet though.

    If it is only a lvl 15 character why not just make a new account/character? It shouldnt take longer than a day or two to get back to lvl 15

    Yah, starting fresh will only take a few days at the most to get to where you left of or even further.

    In the 2 hours you did one quest you could have gotten started on a new BM.
    Its been 2 years, you forgot your own password (noones fault but yours), and the character in question is level 15. What can he possibly have locked away in the bank thats so game crippling?

    Ikarium...you make it sound like forgetting a password after 2 YEARS of not using it is bad. As if everyone can remember that. What's in the bank is cool stuff from a level 100 friend and 100 mil coins. And I really don't want to slog through the beginner stuff again...that's how I got bored of the game 2 years ago. I was trying out each class to see which one I liked more and got tired of the monotony of early quests, especially in the same race. That and without the flyer I would be sentenced to a movement speed so damn slow it's maddening.

    Things don't change. It's the same thing, over and over and over again once you get to a higher level. Except the only difference is trying to figure out how yuo can afford an item worth 250million coins. b:sad

    Ah but when you level up you get epic skills that look really cool! And you can go back to previous sub-bosses and dungeons to solo the **** out of enemies that you used to need help with! You get a permanent flyer for free, you have enough money to barter with people for cash items like mounts and whatnot (I' haven't paid much attention, but most seem to cost 10-20 mil, never seen a 250 mil item before)..being a higher level is just a hell of lot more fun. b:pleased

    I've actually enjoyed every step growing with all my toons.

    From the lowest levels to the current highest.

    Well, no matter the same or different. At least for you, you can see a difference so tht is all that matters. Mind you, I hope you remember that password. 100Million coins would make things easier when leveling. b:laugh

    Current item prices needed for this BM:

    Cube Neck (G14 or G15) +11: Total comes to somewhere in the 650 mil range

    R9 Armor set: 1.5-2.7 bil coins.

    Refines on all armor pieces to +10 to +12: 3.5 bil area (rough guess...seeing as the prices flux so god damn often)

    Shard for gear: 1-2 bil coins



    Really man 100 mil in this game as of late is pure, pure, pure chump change.
    Nothing worthwhile to mention here, enjoy the animated signature~
